All SNXS quotations and invoices reference snxs.ae/policies as the incorporated policy version. The date published on each policy page constitutes the effective version in force at the time of engagement.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms.

These policies are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English and Arabic version, the English version shall prevail unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
